With any new way of thinking comes training, for the development of new skills and practices. So with Thinking in Services. About 200 people have gone through the training so far in industry and government. The training has been mostly within the context of organizations applying new thinking to specific problems of implementing policy and strategy, through the designs of services.

In 2018, public training became available in the United States and the Netherlands, in shorter and more intensive formats, including a 3-day master class aimed at design students and professionals. 2019 brings two new training products: Grokking the Fundamentals and Developing Strategic Narratives
